They made the company seem amazing - they stated that they really care about the employees and want the employees to do self care so they do not burn out.

I met with 2 Supervisors in the program I work in. I was asked basic questions about my exp and why I want to work in this field. I was offered the job by my Supervisors then a few days later HR called and we negotiated pay. I started 2 weeks later, this was to provide my current employment a 2 week notice.
