I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zero Gravity (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
First an informal interview with the supervisor, chatting about previous experience, background and motivations. Then, a task-based interview where I was given about a week to perform a couple tasks that would be typical of the job, and a follow-up call on this to explain my processes. And finally, a culture fit interview led by the CEO with a couple other members of the team. The culture fit interview is the longest of the interviews, in which you're asked in-depth questions about your background and how your motivations resulting from this align with the mission of the company. The interview process was well communicated to me from the start so I knew what to expect, and the team gives feedback within good time.

Question 1
How have you demonstrated through your past experiences that you are aligned with the mission of Zero Gravity?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zero Gravity in Jul 2025
Interview
The process had six clear stages:
Initial recruiter call
Conversation with the COO
Preparation of a case study
Presentation of the case to the CEO and CPO
Cultural stage — a podcast-style interview with several team members
Final discussion with a board member
Overall, it was a well-structured process. A bit long, but very clear throughout. The case task was challenging yet exciting and directly relevant to the role, which made it a valuable experience.

Interview
Initial screening, Task interview, Panel interview (in person), interview with manager (who hadn't started at the time of the panel interview). Process was made very clear from the start and the hiring team was very responsive to my questions outside of the interviews.
