Initial screening call on teams to which I was invited in to the office for a second interview. All seemed well and I was given a selection of dates to choose from. After asking if the salary would meet my expectations before committing to a 2 hour interview, (because they did not disclose in the first call) it seems they were no longer interested as I have been ignored since… I even gave the benefit of the doubt and asked if everything is okay and to get back to me when they can, but still no response weeks later. Disappointing from a company that seems like a good place to work.

Interview
It was an interesting process, I had 3 rounds of screening phase interviews spread over like one month, I didn’t particularly get the sense that the person I initially spoke to (and who remained the primary point of contact) liked me very much, I had pleasant sessions with the designers I screened with. When I got a rejection, I was hoping there would be some specific feedback after taking so much time and spending about 1h30mins in total just talking to people but I got nothing, that was very disappointing.

Interview
1. Initial call with Senior Researcher
2. Take home case study - given case with data, had to create a presentation, given about 5 days to complete (over a weekend)
3. Interview with Head of Dept
Everything was pretty standard. However, I didn't receive any feedback; they just told me they would not be progressing forward, which is a shame as I'd spoken to their team quite a bit and had progressed almost to the final stage, if not the final stage. I was ghosted after sending my last email to them.
