1. Telephonic Round 2. Online Demo Session 3. Invitation to office - Classroom Demo 4. HR Interview Post this documentation were signed up and training dates schedule was shared. Once your documentation is done, Training team head and operations get in touch with you for sharing further details. This was very much organised unlike other companies where you get to know about the modules and content on the day of the training.

Question 1

It was more on the general campus modules to check the knowledge and delivery style. Having experience in the domain helped me to crack it as it was not too tough for me. One thing which I noticed was that they do put you thro tricky scenarios sometimes to check the knowledge.

Interview

Process was bit big, First a telephonic interview, then a Demo at their office, then a one on one interview and final management interview. It was a good experience. They knew what skills they want to hire on. So that clarity I could see during the interviews. HR team was very professional. Atlas after all those interviews, I got hired. :)

Interview was done onsite and I was asked to explain Object oriented programing concept on a white board. The major focus was on technical interview questions and various approaches to arrive at a solution. Algorithm and Data Structures was majorly focussed on as well.
