They first requested a short meeting with a manager/co-founder. Then followed a take home assignment, with some optional parts. I took about 3-4 hours to do, but based on their negative feedbacks, I should probably have pass 10 hours to meet their "standard", which is quite absurd given you're not paid. Then, the same manager, scheduled a 5 minutes meeting, to announce that I did not reach the minimal barrier. Kind of a waste of time.
