Zignuts Technolab interview questions

1) Techincal Round 2) Practical Round 3) CTO Round I interviewed for the Senior React.js Developer position at Zignuts Technolab. The first technical round went well, and I was given a practical task for the second round. The task was quite challenging, but I worked hard and submitted it on time, even staying up late to complete it. The HR told me I would receive feedback within 1–2 days, but after waiting for a week with no response, I followed up and was told I was rejected without any proper reason or feedback. It seems they didn’t even review my practical work. If a company doesn’t plan to hire, they shouldn’t ask candidates to invest so much time in practical tasks. At the very least, candidates deserve fair feedback. The experience was very disappointing.
