I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zobaze in Feb 2026
Interview
Three rounds. 2hr technical round. Then interview with CEO
The technical round was conducted by an external panel and was professional, relevant, and well handled.
The CEO round was highly unprofessional. I was asked multiple personal questions that were completely unrelated to the role. These included questions about my family (including extended family), detailed reasons for my career break, and my future personal plans such as marriage. Such questions are inappropriate and should not be part of any professional interview process.
Suggestion: The company should ensure that interviewers, including leadership, maintain professional boundaries and focus strictly on skills, experience, and role fit.
Overall, this was a poor experience due to the inappropriate nature of the CEO round.
I applied online. I interviewed at Zobaze in Oct 2025

Technical Round, HR Round, CEO Discussion
Basics needs to be strong, technical rounds will be assessed based on the skills required for the job rather than DSA or Algorithm, A person needs to be a cultural fit for the startup to be selected, as they're a small team currently.
