Interview
I had 3 rounds of interview at first.
1.Technical discussion-Including competitive programming, data structures, industrial problem-solving techniques.(Got very good feedback from interviewer)
2.Technical discussion (2) -Complete technical round(nook and corner in technical aspect) and few puzzles as well.(Good Feedback from interviewer)
3.HR round- Normal HR round with package discussion and stuff.
This process took a whole day(Each technical discussion went for like 3 hrs).I was kinda hoping that I got a job.
I got a call from HR a week later saying that something happened with the previous interview, now they are planning to pull me in a different team and asked me to attend interview again.Interview process as follows
1.Programming round
2.Technical interview
3.HR
I have started with programming and completed 3.75/5 programs.I was said i will be having a technical discussion and asked to wait for a while.Later Hr came and said that i can leave for the day and they will update status later.No response even after a month.
I spend 2 days.Do I not even deserve a response?
The interview process is good and smooth. The interviewer expects and analyzes the candidate problem solving instead of the results. So the overall experience was smooth and good but I am declined due to the personal reasons.
For fresher, Interview process is of 5 rounds, with 1st round as aptitude questions and 2nd round is of Logical and aptitude questions, 3rd and 4th round is of Logical questions and 5th round is HR round
