I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
4 lengthy stages including a presentation.
Was told after the third presentation I would have a 'formality' chat with my prospective line manager, and that the tier of account manager role I wanted had been agreed.
Had this 'formality' chat, heard nothing back for 5 working days until I was emailed with a rejection, citing a lack of passion for the company and that would have only hired me on the SMB tier, not mid-market.
Overall a very frustrating process that was not conducted transparently. Overpromised and ultimately under delivered.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo
Interview
The interview process was smooth. I got a chance to meet quite a few members of the team and had ample opportunity to learn about their experience with the company. I worked with McKenzie Griffin on their recruiting team who was super helpful and communicative throughout. Hands down the best recruiter I've worked with.

Question 1
Throughout the process, I was asked about my sales style, my approach to partnering with customers, and what I see as my biggest strengths.
I had the pleasure of working with McKenzie Griffin during the interview process, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. McKenzie was incredibly proactive in keeping me informed and ensuring I was up to date throughout the entire process. She was always willing to help and made sure next steps were clear. Additionally, her follow-ups were timely and efficient. It was truly refreshing to work with someone so organized and dedicated.
