Typical steps:
1. Phone conversation
2. 1st interview with two people from the Operations team, with 4 parts: i) discuss pre-prepared case, ii) behavioral questions, iii) spontaneous case, and iv) time for candidate to ask questions to the interviewers
3. Final interview with someone from another team and Bobby, the CEO, with 3 parts: i) more spontaneous case, ii) behavioral questions and iii) time for candidate to ask questions to the interviewers
I suggest you practice how to do cases (similar to consulting interviews) if you've never done them before.
