Interview with ZyseMe was one of the nicest I ever had. The process was fast enough, I was informed about middle steps, aware of delays or waiting periods. Interaction with the Founder and Chief of Staff was very enjoyable, thoroughly guided, positive and down to Earth.

Typical steps:
1. Phone conversation
2. 1st interview with two people from the Operations team, with 4 parts: i) discuss pre-prepared case, ii) behavioral questions, iii) spontaneous case, and iv) time for candidate to ask questions to the interviewers
3. Final interview with someone from another team and Bobby, the CEO, with 3 parts: i) more spontaneous case, ii) behavioral questions and iii) time for candidate to ask questions to the interviewers
I suggest you practice how to do cases (similar to consulting interviews) if you've never done them before.
