I had several interviews and a take home project with the brand. There was a lot of time between each interview, and things did not seem very organized. Despite it not being organized, everybody that I met with seemed very kind and engaging.

many interviews just to get ghosted. Over a month long process; Casual, no structure - again seems like another start up that might be hiring on gut feeling or if you look the part.
