Question 1
My experience and to describe how I would be a good fit
I applied online and set up an interview with the recruiter about a week later. I had a few questions prior to the call which went unanswered, but the interview was coming up so I figured I'd just discuss then -- nope! Completely ghosted. My questions also had to do with a few mixups I noticed during the application process, so overall this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Not only completely rude and unprofessional, but also there is a serious lack of attention to detail.
Was very excited about the opportunity to work for adMarketplace, went through about 7 different interviews for multiple teams and both positions ended up being filled internally or no longer hiring. It was a disappointing experience that made me feel led on.
