I had one round with recruiter. the questions were more behavioral than a typical recruiter screening. They were communicative although I didn't move on to next round. They said it's extremely competitive

What's a difficult decision you made in the last year and what process did you take to make that decision?
Quick and thorough. the managers cam prepared with questions to suss out any reason why I wouldn't be a good fit for the role. They had done their research and were clear on why I was a good fit for the role. I ended up making it to the final round of interviews where I presented a case study to my potential manager and 4 sr directors, but did not receive an offer.
