There were 3 rounds interviews: 1) get-to-know-you interview 30mins 2) 1 hr tech interview 3) 1.5hr final round interview to present the use case, supposedly to have 30mins with HR as well. But in the end, HR didn't attend at all. But the interview still lasted for 1.5hr ------------ The end-feedback was I don't know the basics very well. Apparently, they need 3 hrs + use case to reach this brilliant conclusion. Feels like they just would like to exploit the candidates instead of having constructive conversations.

I applied for the position senior data scientist in March. The interview process was very slow and pretty chaotic. At first I was asked to do a coding test, which was fine. Then there was no response till six weeks later. A HR lady invited me for a quick call, which was just a standard HR interview. After that I had the tech interview with two senior data scientists. The funny thing was they thought they had an interview for a position of a mediator data scientist, not a senior data scientist. The interview went well but the way they organized it was so terrible. After passing the tech interview, the HR told me that the senior position was NO LONGER there and they can only offer a mediator position. How chaotic it is? The interview lasts for nearly 3 months. The HR is very unprofessional. It is common to wait for weeks for a reply and sometimes my name was misspelled. I was a big fan of adidas but probably not now.
