The overall in loco interview was difficult. Starting with a few questions on the company, such as naming few ambassadors, differences between Adidas and Nike, and what I could have brought to the table, the second part of the process got tougher. I had to go through an on-site assessment, which consisted of the conception of a social, communicative campaign to sponsor a particular product, providing explanations regarding elements such as size of influencers, media channels etc. Stressful, and exhausting.
