I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Melbourne) in Feb 2021
Interview
It was very casual, and it felt more like a conversation rather than an interview! Though, this could be more because of who I was interviewed by, rather than the brand's approach to interviews. They asked me who I am and what of the brand's values do I align with.
