aixigo interview questions

As soon as I applied got the invitation for the call next week, the interview was including HR and the hiring manager. In the interview I was given introduction about the company, business and functions, I was asked questions about my profile and my experince related to the job. Also I was told that they would revert back in 3 days that is also mentioned on the careers page, but unfortunately even after several mails, HR did not mailed back until 20 days, stating we need more time for the first interviews, and then later after total of 32 days, I was rejected stating that I do not match the job requirements. The company and the product overall is good , but the HR Process was totally broken as it took more than 1 month for them to decide that i am not a great fit.
