The process had its moments but left much to be desired overall. The initial contact with Human Resources was friendly, but the interview felt rushed, and it seemed like they hadn’t thoroughly reviewed my CV beforehand. The meeting with the Area Manager lacked structure, with questions that didn’t seem relevant to my experience, making it difficult to understand how my skills aligned with the role. They also asked detailed questions about my previous work and requested that I show evidence to verify my contributions, which felt unusual. Finally, while the conversation with the General Manager was professional, it didn’t provide much clarity about the company’s expectations or long-term vision. Overall, the experience highlighted a need for better organization and communication.
