Interview
A mix of personality and business experience questions. The store manager was really clear that she was looking for someone reliable and accountable. She also wanted someone who would fit the personality of the store. Questions about my style and what stores I liked shopping at was asked as well. Overall the interview was pretty cut and dry and right to the point.

Interview
I went through 2 interviews one with the store manager and one with the district manager! Fairly easy the store manager grilled me but nothing too crazy. Be yourself and don't lie, the management will check out your facts! During my interview with the DM she asked me about my previous jobs yearly and monthly numbers and asked what my average day was like and whipped out a calculator to make sure I was telling the truth and to make sure my math was right!

Interview
The interview with was very quick, but I already had inside relationships with current employees at a different location. The interview was basic - just asked questions about my experience and business insight, as well as my selling culture, including leadership qualities. I was given a call back about a week later.
