This company has a very interesting interview process. The first is a video interview which you can complete from your computer at home. If you pass, you then get invited to attend a group interview with the other candidates. This is a 2 hour interview in which they tell you about the company, the insurance industry, the role and the benefits. You are also asked to take part in a mock phone sales call as a sales representative. You then get a tour of the facility and take part in behavioural interview questions in front of the group. Overall, it was a thorough and interesting experience.
