The first job interview is consisting of a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of an employer. The second interview includes a trial shift as a part of the recruitment process. Applicant is invited to the venue to work, usually for an hour or two, where you are supervised on-the-job to see if you have the necessary skills required for the role.

After two interviews and one trial work day, I was rejected. The process was smooth but they took longer time to decide on the application. Once they rejected, they did not provide any feedback as it was the last steo of the interview process.
