I was called in randomly weeks later, asked to wear all black for interview. Interview consisted of manager telling me not to talk to anyone. 15 minutes later I was thrown in the back and was told nothing. Interview process is very easy, if you are given a call you are pretty much guaranteed to have gotten the position. Best if you get referred by a current employee.
