Interview
A brief chat and a extremely basic questionnaire of 10 questions, one of which was what day is it? Tuesday/Wednesday etc. The company survives off fresh graduates getting sucked into their motto of "we are all one big family with loads of room for self improvement" so they can invent positions within their company to further self embellish the limited skills their employees have. The role itself is basic telephone customer service, no more, no less.
