The internview has been done through Skype by teh team leader and an intern in HR. The questions were about evaluation of your past works. The interview had several technical problems due to the company's accounts, so it has been done with the private profiles

Very friendly process. An assessment centre was held in London, everyone was calm and friendly, it wasn't like the typical clinical process of assessment centres. The only negative would be 2 trips in London, the first was for an assessment day but after the rejection, I was offered a second job. They told me I needed to go to London for an interview but I was asked to do 2 excel exercises in a computer, with no supervision that took only half an hour, something that could be easily done online and monitored. The cost of the trip was high as there was a 3 days notice and there was no coverage. I believe that this could have been avoided since as a student I did not have the luxury to travel so many times. Rather than that, it was a great selection experience that put no pressure on the candidates at all.

Online psychometric tests followed by a capabilities-style interview based on the results of online tests. Lots of information available online for how to prepare and practice. Questions focused on capabilities important to the role.
