Interview process is simple , assignments meet the job requirements. Real life scenarios are presented with obstacles. Very good formula to weed out non qualified candidates. I feel they are doing their true diligence to test and find out the best qualified candidates.

Eassist interview process is A few face to face interviews and a recorded interview. Lots of testing to see your dental skills, knowledge of claims, reading an eob,insurance adjustments, software.
