Job posted on university careers page, applied externally via RippleMatch. Took a month between applying and hearing back about an interview invite. No phone screen, one virtual superday of 45min back to back interviews. Interviewers didn't show much emotion and were pretty cut and dried. After the interview, it took 2 months to get an automated rejection email, and this was only after I followed up with HR and they assured me I was still in consideration after a month.
