I applied for this job on the company website. A few days later I received an introductory email asking for details about the role I saw myself in. From the start I was told that they were looking for a contractor for the duration of the project. Then, I was asked to submit my work samples. I submitted work samples, received a phone screen, passed interview, received a job offer.
