It was a very simple interview process. They asked about my education and if I was comfortable with moving to California. They did mention they would offer on the job training.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ecalix (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview process was quite easy. I had the first interview with the HR asking me why I wanted that job. It lasted approx. 5 minutes and then she she scheduled right away another call with the hiring manager. The second phone call lasted approximately the same.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ecalix (Piscataway, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
Just talk to the recruiter and manager. I basically applied there because I need to renew my OPT, so I directly told them that I know what kind of company they are and asked if they are willing to help with my OPT extension.
