-first a 15 minute call, very relaxed, then brought into the office for a 30min interview. The initial call was with the head of customer success and then the in-person interview was with her and the HR manager.

The interview process took 2 weeks. Quick 15 min phone interview first, then a 30-40 min in-person interview. They asked about previous work experiences. Near the end of the in-person interview they give you some scenario questions for you to answer.
