Applied online and got called for a group interview two weeks later. Had a group interview with two other people, was called back almost immediately after interview with a job offer. Started training about a week later after a background check and paperwork.

Talk about a challenging experience with a customer
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
