I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at francesca's in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview process was very low-key. I met with the Assistant Manager at the Boutique, where we had a conversation about my selling process, my strengths and weaknesses, times that I've had to deal with negative situations. I wasn't required to create any outfits to show my personal style, instead we talked about style and what I thought about clothing. The Assistant Manager and I really clicked during the interview process, and ended up talking about a lot of things unrelated to the job, which was a nice why to determine if our personalities meshed. Overall, it wasn't stressful, and was a relaxed interview.

Question 1
What has been something you've learned about yourself through working?
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
