I recently attended four-round interview process with this company, which included an initial phone screen, a technical round, an evaluation round, and a final interview with the owner. While I did receive interview schedule emails, the overall coordination and experience were disappointing.
The evaluation round, in particular, was concerning. The questions lacked relevance and clarity, and the interviewers demonstrated limited understanding of the subject matter. The approach felt unstructured and unprofessional, raising doubts about the seriousness of the evaluation process
Furthermore, while interview timings were communicated via email, follow-up communication regarding the status of the application was lacking. I had to reach out multiple times myself to get any updates, which reflects poorly on the candidate experience. The final interview with the owner was scheduled on very short notice.
Overall, the interview process appeared poorly managed and did not reflect the standards one would expect from a professional organization. I hope the company takes steps to improve communication, respect candidates’ time, and ensure a more structured and meaningful recruitment process going forward
