Interview
The interview was great, but it took a month to go thru the background check. I really had to push for the offer; at first they didn't want to pay me what i wanted, but they eventually did.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iMatrix (California) (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview process itself was great. Low pressure but very in-depth. It was nice knowing that the people interviewing me knew a lot about the product and service they were offering and expecting me to provide to clients. Their background check and final approval process drags on a little but they have very good HR support who keep you in the loop throughout so I never felt put out.
