Very simple automated online interview. Never had to speak to a real human. Essentially they just guage your level of English and then if you can speak well or are a native speaker you get a job.

They asked me if I preferred the music of the Beatles or Rolling Stones
Easy, wasn’t too hard. Had to demonstrate how to teach a lesson, using TPR. Interviewer asked questions about teaching young children and how I would teach a class one to one and groups.
