I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at iasset.com (Sydney) in Jan 2018
Interview
A recruiter found my profile and asked me to complete a technical test that had requirements completely related to frontend. With descriptions like "Extra points for TypeScript, Angular 4", etc and also "Bonus for creating your own Web API in .NET". It obviously appeared to be a completely front-end focussed role. Completed the test and submitted. And not a single question related to front-end, except one silly question.
There was no response for almost 20-25 days. Recruiter then arranged an interview. Interview was full of Sql Server, and back-end related. Which I have answered reasonably well. Not a single question related to the technical test. I best guess is they haven't even opened the code. There was second interview after 2 weeks and after 1 week I was told I'm not selected (after asking the recruiter twice), no reason was given as to why I wasn't selected even after requesting.

Question 1
First Round: Technical test
Second Round: Technical interview followed by some HR questions.
Third Round: HR interview followed by some technical questions
Honestly don't know why there was this strange mixture of HR and tech questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at iasset.com (Sydney) in Jan 2013
Interview
I applied online through SEEK and got a response back to attend an interview with both the CTO and HR Manager. The CTO walked through my previous work experience and asked technical questions about the various projects that I had worked on.
The HR manager then asked me general questions to determine if I was a right fit for the company culture.
