Applied on Glassdoor. 3 rounds: First round with recruiter, basic behavioral questions. Second round with the Director or software engineer/hiring manager, slightly more technical but again simple questions like “tell me what you know about MongoDB”. Last round on site with 3 developers including the hiring manager. More technical questions such as “explain to me how user login works” and some more behavioral questions. The process moved quite swiftly and I was told a decision would be made within 2-3 days with a response regardless of offer however, got nothing after a week had passed so i sent a followed up and was told I was still under consideration. After 2 weeks had passed from that point, I sent another email letting them know I had receive offers and needed to respond in the following week, received nothing from Iconectiv. At this point I would assume that I didn’t it and I accepted an offer from a different company. What gets me is the time they had me waiting for a response and they don’t even have the courtesy to send a follow up email 3 weeks after the interview. Worst interview experience I’ve had so far. I’m glad that I got offers elsewhere.
