I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ilarna in Mar 2025
Interview
I recently interviewed with Ilarna’s CEO and CCO, and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had; especially considering their seniority.
From the start, they were rude, dismissive, and condescending. Rather than engaging in a meaningful conversation, they seemed more interested in finding faults, making jokes, and trying to trip me up.
The worst part? One of them abruptly left the interview mid-discussion. That moment alone exposed their complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. There was no genuine interest in my experience, just arrogance and immaturity. Even if a candidate isn't the right fit, it is your duty to conduct yourself properly.
For a company that claims to prioritise care, their behavior was anything but. If this is how they treat candidates, I dread to think how they operate internally. Avoid this company, both as an employer and a service provider, they are disgraceful.
