All the questions where these large open ended what-ifs to see how you would go about thinking. Every time I started to examine all possibilities on an infrastructure I didn't know anything about, he would chime in with something more to make it almost impossible to understand what he actually wanted to hear. I could tell in about 15min of interview the manager didn't want me there because I didn't have enough experience with the 1 tech he was tired of doing. Received rejection letter before I even got home.
