inoday interview questions

My interview goes for only 7-8 minutes max. Interviewer doesn't seems to be interested in taking interview or they don't have proper knowledge. I told him that sir my interview is for Netsuite Functional Consultant I Know all the business process and have good command on Netsuite instance Functionally, And interviewer is like okay do you learn any language.? And from that day HR stop replying my mails doesn't respond my calls and mails Very irresponsible behavior... Management is so poor.. Unprofessional behavior... I still didn't get my result.

Three rounds have been taken for Digital marketing Job . first round was Hr Round Second was technical round third was Manager round. In the first round hr discuss about introduction , education family background , why are you lefting current job, that type of question . In second round they asked about my experience , work process and other technical. And last this was manager round for final discussion .after that i got job . Thanks
