iwoca Python Developer interview questions

Phone screening with an HR person in charge of recruitment and on boarding. Quick 30 minute phone interview with the head of engineering asking technical questions + opportunity for the candidate to ask questions. Final interview on site during 2.5 hours. First technical questions about Python and backend development with other backend engineers. Then another technical interview with the head of engineering and a senior engineer about architecture and backend infrastructure.
