Casual interview, wearing athletic wear. It was me alone, but I have also heard of people being in group interviews also. There was not a lot of pressure, the interviewer was super friendly and supportive.

I was hired during COVID so we did one group interview over zoom after submitting an application. It was like 30 minutes maximum and straightforward. The store manager was the host and a key leader was there as well.
