Easy, one interview as I was an internal hire. They asked questions regarding your work ethic, teamwork, integrity, and leadership abilities. If I wasn't an internal hire I would have had two total interviews before an offer.

tell me about a time you faced a difficulty with a team member and how did you resolve it, what steps were taken to achieve your result?
Group interviews. Between 5 to 6 people interview was one hour and next steps would be a zoom call. First interview was in stores. They asked up to 3 to 5 questions per candidate and left time open for any additional questions.
