Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and was contacted a day or two later for a phone interview. They preferred to do Skype or FaceTime but we couldn’t make a time work for both of us so we just did it over the phone. It was about 35 min in length. Interviewer asked about my current and previous experience and then told me more about the position. I was very interested and excited to learn more. He did ask my salary range and it was a fit. I asked about next steps and he said I should hear something by the end of the next week. He also said that if I had any questions, to please email him. I sent a thank you email a few days later along with some questions I had about the position and company. Never heard anything back. I followed up AGAIN....& nada. I find it so disheartening and unprofessional that I couldn’t even get a rejection email back. Maybe the first sign was that he dropped an Fbomb during the interview.
