This interview process is a joke. I should have known better than to trust a company like this. I mean, after walking into their building (now they have a new one), I should have ran away in horror. It is disgusting and filthy. They front desk woman was rude. They had 2 people come in and talk to me for about 5 minutes to see if I could A) Could hold a 5 minute conversation, B) Speak English... Relevant questions were not asked and more time of the interview was spent with their HR Representative who basically rushes you through signing ridiculous paperwork stating that you cannot leave netPolarity before 1 year is up. They can terminate you at any point but you cannot leave, no matter the circumstances.
