I was asked dsa in first round which was a medium binary search question, they asked about python threading and object oriented programming and api development in flask. They also asked database questions like indexing.

The interview process was highly rigorous, which I initially appreciated as it demonstrated the company's commitment to hiring the right talent. However, my experience took a negative turn during the interview itself. The CEO and the manager conducted the interview, and their approach was unexpectedly abrasive and confrontational. Throughout the interview, it felt as if they were more interested in undermining my confidence and challenging my worth rather than genuinely assessing my skills and fit for the role. Their line of questioning was aggressive, and they consistently disagreed with my responses, creating a hostile atmosphere. This style of interviewing, which seemed designed to test my patience and resilience, crossed the line into unprofessionalism. While I understand the need to assess a candidate's capability, there are constructive ways to do so without resorting to rudeness and intimidation. An interview should be a two-way street, where both the company and the candidate evaluate each other to determine mutual fit. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very poor impression of the company's culture and values. I would advice the company to change its mindset and culture if you want to grow. This culture will not attract good talent, which I already see is the problem with the company :) I am so glad I did not join this company. At a much better place now.
