I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at pentanova (Oradea) in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied online in October 2014. I was contacted as being in Top 25 at the end of November 2014. Than I was contacted again by their secretary in December 2014 and also by their Country Manager telling me that I am in their Top 10 final list and that they wanna hire 5 people out of 10.
I had my interview on the 8th of January 2015. My interview was with their Country Manager for Romanian Max Hofer and one of their 3 remaining CEOs Robert Nussmayr. Their country manager asked me the majority of questions while their CEO was a bit shy and stay'd in his safety bubble.
At the 9th of January 2015 at around 17:00 I received the call from their country manager telling me welcome to the Pentanova Team. I was very happy to have taken this job. And then I went home and after a couple of days I received the documents that I need to present on my first day on the 2th of February 2015 and of course the contract in digital form which I had to sign.
