I feel like I’ve been used. The HR manager reached out to me and asked if I was interested. I checked the role and saw that I met the requirements in terms of hard and soft skills. Then, I selected a time slot to meet with HR for the first meeting. Just to emphasize, this was not an external recruiter; I am talking about the full-time HR of the company. When I attended the meeting, HR did not join. I sent a message to HR asking if they were going to attend, and I kept the meeting open in another tab. By the end of the meeting, they still had not attended. I considered that something urgent might have happened, but not answering my message or giving an explanation as to why they weren’t there makes me feel like I’ve been ghosted. It’s disappointing and disrespectful.

I had only an HR interview. I have decided to withdraw my application after they don't let their employees work remotely more than 1 day per week. The person on the phone was quite friendly and polite.
