The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at t-three group (London, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
Short welcome interview, followed by behaviour questionnaire and skills assessment and finished with competency interview. All conducted virtually, a fairly informal approach, but two people from company on each call.

Question 1
What techniques I use to maintain my personal motivation whilst working from home.
After sending your CV and cover letter in, representatives from HR/Recruitment approach you, asking to send them videos of you answering some extra questions for them. If that goes well, they invite you to do two quite long tests online, and a call with the HR/Recruitment team. After that, a first round of interview with a couple of team members. What was very disappointing is that the application process itself took hours, with the extra videos and the two tests (one is about 25 minutes but the other can take a while and is mentally quite challenging) - one of which I had to do last minute as the email was sent to me less than a day before the interview with the team - however when asked for feedback after the rejection email, you get completely ghosted, which I found a little disappointing given in the interview itself, the hiring manager commented on how t-three is all about giving feedback. At least the process itself was quick and I was informed of how things were progressing at all stages.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at t-three group (London, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
3 stages interview, speak to compliance/recruiter manager - then team members then managers of your team. very laid back, it seemed like a nice culture but it felt like they knew who they wanted to hire from the get-go as I wasn't asked a lot of questions in my last round and they let me lead.
