Interview
I submitted a cover letter and was called back for an interview. I interviewed with two of the girls who worked there. I met with them at their office in Alameda. Fairly unprofessional interview. It was mainly them talking about all the help that they need.

Interview
What interview process? The "director" just brought me in a room to tell me what a day at theBalm was like. No questions were asked. I was given a start date and regretted taking the job ever since. This job has taught me that you can tell a LOT about a company just from the interview process.
