The take-home assignment was a technically engaging challenge centered around building a small library using advanced C++ template techniques — a great opportunity to showcase skills in modern C++. The task itself was well-designed and thought-provoking. For engineers who enjoy template-heavy programming, this is a process where you can really shine and demonstrate your depth of knowledge from the very start.

I did not proceed very far in the process, as I decided to withdraw early. Before having the opportunity to speak with anyone at the company, I was asked to complete a take-home programming assignment. The task involved implementing a small library and relied heavily on advanced C++ template techniques. While the assignment was technically interesting, I would have preferred to have at least an initial conversation with someone from the company before investing significant time in a take-home exercise. For candidates who enjoy modern C++ and template-heavy programming, the process may be a good fit, but I personally found the order of the process somewhat unusual.
